For most MT courses, the price typically starts at $800 upward to $2500. Duration of MT courses vary depending on the course provider. However, the courses mostly take 6 months to 2 years. You will receive some kind of certificate after completing a training course or some sort of documentation to prove that you have passed the course. Be very careful and do a lot of research before enrolling yourself in any school.You will also find many online medical transcription courses. Search in the Internet and participate in discussions related to MT training course and how others like or dislike it.

A good school offers well-rounded education and exposes the students to the latest technology used in medical transcription.
